1985 CHEVROLET C10

What I have here for sale is an extremely nice 1985 C-10 two wheel drive shortbed * This C-10 has been advertising for my shop Dream Car Automotive & Restorations * This build was purpose done as a "What If" what if GM did actually build a big block C-10 shortbed back in 1985 - which we all know didn't happen * I can assuredly say - that practically everybody that has looked at this C-10 in the last 2 years - thinks GM indeed built it & you will too. The build started with a super solid platform * Any panel that had the slightest bit of rust was replaced with new panels * Fenders {new} Inner fenders {new} One quarter panel {new} Rear bumper {new} Grille {new} Headlight bezels {new} I'm sure you get the message * It was repainted in the original Desert Sand color using a base coat /clear coat system. The interior for the most part is original * A new carpet was installed instead of the old rubber type floor mat * New sill plates * New dash pad * Reconditioned gauge bezel * It still has it's original Am/Fm radio with new 3 speakers indash setup. The engine is a professionally built Ralph Bassey pump gas 462 big block * Stock cast iron intake * Stock cast iron exhaust manifolds * Factory style air-cleaner assembly * The only real give away is an Edelbrock Thunder Series carburetor * But I do have a new Q-jet carburetor that's included in the sale. The transmission is the original Turbo 350 with shift kit * I do have a brand new still in the box Huges 2,500-3,000 stall converter * Which also could be included in the sale at the right price * The rear end is also the original GM 8.5 with a new Auburn posi-unit & 3.42 gearing * New 4 core radiator * New starter * New alternator * New gas tank & brackets etc. etc. etc. * Let's just say too much to list - LOL * Please keep in mind - this build was for a stock sleeper look * Believe me - I caught more then one unsuspecting Hemi Ram & Ford Lighting at a red light - LOL * Let's just say - they all had a perfect view of my license plate - LOL Listen I'm very an easy going guy - but I'm defiantely NOT an idiot * The build cost was over 15k * I will entertain reasonable CASH offers * If you are within reasonable driving distance - come check the C-10 out - we'll go for a test drive if the roads are clear & dry * Bring your funds with you - because like the old saying goes - money talks & BS walks * If you are not within driving distance - I have no problem with qualified 3rd party inspections by appointment * Additional pictures available upon phone request only * Don't waste my time & I won't waste yours * If you're seriously interested - pick up the phone & call * Contact Dan 845-473-9300 days 845-546-5523 nights & weekends before 9pm EST * Thank You
